DEWALT UK - XR Range
Dealer Launch event, Dubai

DEWALT chose Dubai as the destination for forty of their top customers to experience the new XR range of Lithium Ion power tools and accessories. Using locally sourced equipment and set elements, WL events transformed on site training rooms into a full presentation suite for the launch.

Multiplay UK, i42 Gaming Festival

April saw the latest episode of the UK’s largest gaming event held at Newbury Racecourse, with some amazing tournaments, including Starcraft 2 and Counter-Strike Source being played in the finals arena. WL events designed and built all lighting and sound for the finals arena on a 13m x 5m truss grid flown over the stage and audience.

Ferrari North Europe, aided by the British Racing Drivers Club together with the Starlight Children's Foundation and ben, the automotive charity, transformed the Ferrari dream into an incredible reality for 50 seriously ill children. Wyndham-Leigh was asked to capture the essence of the day and provide each child with their own, personal, video memento.

Stanley Black & Decker
Conference 2010

The acquisition of Black & Decker/DEWALT by Stanley drove the need for a conference bringing together management and marketing teams from the three businesses. WL events designed and built a 17m wide scaffold set with three screens to illustrate the conference theme of 'The Power of 3'.

If Carlsberg Made Videos...

Carlsberg UK, require excellence in all areas of video production. The recent 'Carlsberg Needs You' internal campaign video is a good example. Shot in HD in just one night, the video communicates vital messages to the audience via projection on London landmarks.

Changing the Mindset of a Market

This award winning International Motorcycle Show stand brimmed with interactive technology and inspirational ideas designed to engage with a cynical audience, bring the DVLA's personalised registrations product to life and make the brand a relevant and therefore acceptable part of the British bike scene.

press.pr support: A Bike Vistas photo competition run in partnership with The Sun, Yamaha and Canon Cameras added a news dimension and video content, creating broader reach and impact.

digital support: A 20 screen networked touch-screen system linked to a 'live' motorcycle number plate enabled over 8000 visitors to view their choice or registration on a specially featured bike.

Transworld Publishers — Keeping
the Book World Informed

The Transworld Publishers' annual conference informs the sales force of the coming year's lead titles. Editors present the key books for the year, heavily supported by video. This year saw the conference presented using Keynote software with HD projection in the screening room at the Mayfair Hotel, London.

SEAT Leon and Altea
Ecomotive Launch

Suggest a car launch in central London, and the response is historically PR suicide. Yet challenging established perceptions with thought-through and innovative ideas is second nature to WL Events. Based at one of London's new breed of eco hotels, the latest SEAT Altea and Leon Ecomotive models were given a rousing reception by the UK motoring press.
